This 2022 PistenBully 100, 822 Generation, Unit 10688 is rotating out of the Ski Cat rental fleet with approximately 962 operating hours as of July 2026. It has had four annual summer services by authorized PistenBully technicians and has been stored inside every off season. It presents in near-new condition. Condition

Exterior body – Excellent. No visible body damage or glass damage. Paint bright, no interior rips or stains.

Operator cabin – Clean and well maintained. No rips, console damage, stains or unusual odors. All lights, gauges and the iTerminal fully functional.

Tracks and suspension – Wear consistent with operating hours. Wheels, rollers and sprockets in good operating condition.

Blade – Fully functional with minor wear on the bottom tooth edge. No snow screen or wing damage.

Hydraulic system – Serviced and clean. No known leaks or hose damage. Operating within specifications.

Engine – Serviced and clean. Operating within specifications.

Drivetrain – Left hand planetary final drive replaced February 2026 by PistenBully.

No known issues.

Service history. Four annual summer services by authorized PistenBully technicians, per the 822 Summer Service Guideline. Windshield wiper drives replaced 2023 and 2024. Stored inside during off season.
